Most items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in their original packaging. Perishable and made-to-order items from individual vendors may have different policies — check the product page or contact the seller before ordering.
Go to My Orders, open the order, and contact the vendor listed against that item with your order number and reason for return.
Once a return is approved and received, refunds for online payments are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed via bank transfer.
